08:00 - 08:40Your January Challenge, if you choose to accept it: 40 minutes of early morning litter-picking before Junior Parkrun. Go as fast as the litter-picking will allow, so that you can build up a warm glow before the Junior Parkrun marshalling.
Wear warm layers, bring a couple of small bags or a bucket, so that we can separate recyclables from litter.
Meet near the Community Centre in Bransbury Park. Litter-pickers will be provided.
