GoodGym is no ordinary gym We're a group of people who get fit by doing good - helping out local charities and community groups with physical jobs like shifting compost and planting trees.

We have a wonderful task set for Saturday 7th June as part of EarthFest. Please sign up and come along.

๐ŸŒณ We're off to Adelaide Community Garden (just up from Chalk Farm Station) and we will be emptying one of their huge compost bins โ€“ it is currently full! and our help will mean they can get working again ๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿ’ช Some us will be shovelling โ€“ others will be wheelbarrowing โ€“ and a few will be bagging things up!

๐Ÿ‘‰ The address you'll need is the rear of 68 Adelaide Road (NW3 3PX) โ€“ the garden is marked by a lovely gate :)

๐Ÿงค I will have protective gloves for you!
