18:25 - 19:05This session is limited to 12 people and we'll be split into two seperate groups of 6 to ensure we're sticking with government guidelines.
Each group will be led by a qualified run leader and we'll do a mix of running circuits and strength training - the perfect combination to improve your running!
All abilities and paces welcome, this session is for absolutely everyone whether you're new to running or a seasoned marathon runner.
Meet at 6:25pm for a 6:30pm start. We'll meet by the gate on the Blondin Avenue entrance to the park - click here to see the pin point.
