We have two tasks tonight and will be splitting the group in two. Emma will lead one group to The Salvation Army in Nunhead to help clean the children's toys that are used at their clubs for the community. Then Paulin will lead the other group which will be heading to Dulwich Village to flyer for GROAD.

New to GoodGym Southwark?

Not to worry, it can be daunting coming to your first group run, but we are so welcoming whether you're just starting out as a runner or have been running for years. We welcome all!

Here's the important information - the "Where, When and What":

πŸ“ We meet at Old Spike Peckham between 18:30-18:45. You can also meet us at The Salvation Army: The Village Charity Shop, Nunhead

⌚ 18:30-18:45 (leaving at 18:45 latest). If meeting at The Salvation Army, be there for 19:00. We will be back in Peckham by 20:15 (latest).

βœ… There will be access to Old Spike Peckham, so you can drop your bags and use their toilets before we head out.

πŸƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ After a quick warm-up, we run together as a group. There will be a back marker to ensure no one is left behind. On this run, there is the option of a shorter 1k run each way to The Salvation Army in Nunhead or ~2.5km run each way to Dulwich Village. We will spend 45-50 minutes doing the tasks mentioned above before running back to finish by 20:15.

Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
