Date and time
17:30 - 19:00This week GoodGym Sutton Coldfield are joining the weekly free running club in the area
The running club is ran (no pun intended!) by GG Sutton Coldfield Area Activator Jonny Carter.
The plan is to meet in Boldmere where the junction of Denholm Road meets Dalkeith Rd, on what 3 words this is: FEARED ALONE POTATO, take part in the running club from 5.30p until about 6.15pm, then to do a litter pick in the area for 30 mins.
Jonny will bring bags and a few litter pickers, but if you do have a litter picker and can bring a bag of course that will help.
If you don't want to do the running, but would like to do the litter pick please come to the address for 6.15pm.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Date and time
17:30 - 19:00Walkable
You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 4km and 5km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
