Digging deep for Community Green Growthers

Welcome to GoodGym Coventry!

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.

🎗️Who are we supporting?

The Community Green Growthers are setting up plots to grow fruit and veg within communities who are being hit by the cost of living crisis the most and could really benefit from locally grown, organic free food.

Maintaining allotments

📍 Where?

Join us at Coventry Boys and Girls Club at 18:15 for a run 🏃🏽to the task (There is on street parking but you need to pay, alternatively if you struggle to find a space you can use the clubs car park. There is cycle parking a bit further down on the opposite side of the road. Toilet facilities available)

🏃 Running distance

Approx 4.5km (2.25km there and back) with a break in between for the task

🧤 What to bring

Gloves and wear gear that you don't mind getting scruffy
