Digging new flower beds at Emmanuel Church

A return visit to see Sybil and this time she wants help digging and preparing new flower beds. Sybil would like some flower beds under the trees on the Upton Lane side of the church.
And the task as always finishes with some refreshments provided by Sybil and friends of the church.
If you're new to GoodGym or to our group in Newham, we'll meet just inside the entrance to the Aquatics Centre at 18:45 - just look out for anyone in a red t-shirt and come and say hello. We love to meet new people! You're welcome to run at whatever pace you feel comfortable and there are always back markers to make sure no one is left behind. The run from the Aquatics Centre to the task at Emmanuel Church is about 2 miles each way,and we'll set off at about 18:55.
Please note that there are toilets available at the Aquatics Centre, but currently no bag drop.
