Stanmer Sauna Garden CIC is a plot of land in Stanmer Organics where they host community saunas for eco-therapy.

This session was a sell out last year, so we are here again for more green action!

Bring your garden gloves, and be prepared to some rewarding surprises from our host Bella and Liz.

PLEASE NOTE HOW WE WILL GET THERE:

We will actively moving to Stanmer Park BY BIKE and BY RUN/WALK! Gathering all together in One Garden at 18:30.

Riding the bike? - The plan is to meet at 18:00 at our meeting point in Brighton, at Queens Victoria statue, and to cycle there.

Running/walking? - Rosie is proposing a short nice and easy paced RUN/WALK (1.5 miles, 2.5 km) from Falmer train station. Suggested train is the one at 17:56 from Brighton Central arriving at 18:06 in Falmer. We aim to leave from the train station at 18:10, and no later than 18 :15.

Late but still willing to join us? - GoodGym bikers, runners and walkers will meet all together at One Garden, in Stanmer at 18:30 to walk together to the volunteering site.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 2km and 14km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
