GoodGym has been awarded free advertising space across the Sky network. All we need to do now is make an advert!

Join GoodGym this Saturday morning as we shout "Lights. Camera, Action" and shoot some scenes. Expect a bit of short running, some walking, lifting and digging. It will be a lot of fun.

There is another filming session tomorrow Sunday 5th October where we will be likely filming larger groups completing the task.

This session is likely to be happening most of the morning from around 10am - 1pm around Bethnal Green tube Station and the Hollybush Estate. It doesn't matter if you can only make it for part of the time, please still sign up.

If you can make it please sign up and we'll make contact regarding exact times and locations for when you are available.

Please bring:

  • Bring a coat / warm clothes: you will likely be standing around at points
  • 'Normal' non-running clothes such as jeans, t-shirt and jumper
  • Bring your GoodGym t-shirt alongside other athletic/running gear. We will want a mix of people in GoodGym tops and people without
  • Bring unbranded kit if possible. We will not be able to show any brand logos in the advert
