Garden clearance for Mr C (Wk2) (flexi)
Clearing the garden would do wonders for Mr C's mental health - it will give him a place to sit outside and one less thing to worry about.
Please note that this mission has been cancelled.
Care and Repair Cardiff and the Vale asked GoodGym to help Mr C with some gardening. Mr C is a disabled gentleman who is housebound. He lives with his daughter who is also disabled.
They've been too unwell to keep up with the garden and it's become overgrown. As Mr C cannot leave the home he really misses using his garden and would love to be able to sit outside in the sun. He has a lawnmower and various other garden tools. It is quite overgrown - even if just the patio area can be cleared that would help.
Please note that there're four small dogs at the property - loud but not dangerous!
GoodGym has listed this mission for one or two GoodGymers. Two GoodGymers can go together, but the mission will still go ahead with one if only one person signs up by the deadline. If you are concerned about going solo, please do not feel under pressure to attend. Instead, please send us an email to missioncontrol@goodgym.org. If you let us know, we will not confirm it unless we have a second GoodGymer.
