Come and join our Monday feelgood fitness gathering.

With new faces joining every week, and ample freedom to have camera on or off, this is a small, warm & familiar environment to be part of.

This 40-minute session will consist of strengthening, balance & flexibility work with adaptations available for all. The session is run via Zoom, and the Zoom invite can be found here.

For this session, you will need:

  • A chair (or edge of sofa or bed)
  • An old tea towel
  • A mat (or towel)
  • Music (optional - up to you)
