12:20 - 12:50A social easy-paced run where we all keep together and chat! Meet 12.20pm Friday 23 August at Hanwell Clocktower for a 12.30pm jog.
If it's warm day, please apply sunscreen, where a hat and bring a bottle of water with you.
If you want to stay for a coffee at Hanwell's Momentum Coffee afterwards, you'd be most welcome (but that's not essential!).
GoodGym Ealing is teaming up with We Run Ealing for this run, a borough wide initiative to encourage people of all abilities to get active!
