Impact TheatreIMPACT is a local charity dedicated to promoting a positive image of disability, developing communication and building self-confidence, through participation in performing and creative arts.
IMPACT Theatre runs workshops and short performances in the community, benefiting both the members of the company and a wide range of audiences. These include disability arts, arts events and many more activities.
We've got an exclusive invite!
Tonight we've been invited to come and enjoy their current immersive exhibition created by their members as a thank you for all our previous volunteer visits! By coming along you'll be supporting the theatre and you'll also get to have an exclusive look at the amazing things they produce!
The Run:
We'll meet at 6:30pm at Bodyline Fitness to run to the theatre together
The run there is 2 miles and is suitable for all abilities and paces
After the theatre visit we will run another 2 miles back but if you only want to run one way it's very close to Perivale tube station where you can get the central line back to Ealing Broadway

Impact TheatreOptions are available to run between 4km and 8km in total
Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
