Rhythms of Life is an amazing charity in central London which supports people living on the streets. Every week they set up a table where people can come and get vital resources such as hot food and drink and advice.

We will be helping them manage the set up, and handing out food.

If you would like to join me for a run to the task then please meet me under the Police Memorial in St James Park at 6:30, or directly at the task on Adelaide Street behind the Crypt at 7pm.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
