We've been regularly visiting Shepherds Hill Gardens for our group runs. However, there's only so much we can do in 45min on a Tuesday evening. They have asked if some of our sturdy Goodgymmers to help out with some of the physical maintenance jobs during one of their regular volunteer sessions.

The Gardens are managed by a dedicated Friends group led by Pat. Many of the volunteers are now in their 70s and 80s and some of the tasks are quite challenging for them. Let’s bring the energy and help this incredible green space continue to thrive!

This time, make your own way to the site - walk, run or cycle (park by Highgate tube). They usually meet for 2hrs, but stay for as long as you're able. Please sign up as soon as you can, so they know to have enough tools ready.
