What you'll need:
- Space to move - about 2x2m would be great
- A yoga mat or soft surface - some exercises will be floor based
- Comfy clothes and shoes - I wouldn't recommend doing this barefoot
- And that's it!
It's going to be suitable for all abilities and you take all exercises at your own pace, there will be modifications to follow if you don't want to jump and you'll still get a great workout!
It'll last no more than 30 minutes including the warm up and stretches.
