18:45 - 20:30A bit last minute, sorry. Join me for a hill training session. We will run gently to Ashwood road where the hill training will take place. You will be able to run at your own pace and as far up the hill as you feel comfortable. In case you wondered about the benefits of the session: Hill repeats are an effective speed workout to build strength in your legs and improve your running speed.
