No takers for a task this week and 3 of Taskforce away Team Prince have been left in charge.
We will be leading a fitness session in the Olympic Park.
Planning some hill sprints,core strength and possibly some speed intervals.
With post training drinks back at Print House
Sorry for the late notice but tonight’s session has been cancelled due to Sharon being unwell and sent home from work.
And no other members of taskforce able to take over leadership of the session.
