This is a task you can complete at home throughout January, whether you are a seasoned knitter/crocheter or want to have a go you can get involved. You can either deliver your hats as the instructions in the link below or pass them on to me (Jess) and I will send them in as a big bunch! The big knit is back We are woolly excited to announce that the Big Knit is back and we need your wool power to raise more money than ever for Age UK. Whether you are a pro or a novice, we are looking to collect as many knitted or crocheted little hats as possible.

And just a reminder on what the Big Knit is all about. We started putting little hats on our smoothies back in 2003, giving 25p to Age UK for every behatted bottle sold. Since then, we have raised a whopping £3.2 million whic

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
