January training run - Week 2
Keep each other motivated to run over winter

18:30 - 19:30Christmas is over, boo! (unless you are reading this before Christmas, then yay!) and January is upon us. Trying to keep yourself motivated to run over the winter can be tough. We will be trying to have a group training run every Thursday in January so we can keep each other motivated.
The idea is to meet at the centre of Queen Square on Thursday evening at 6:30pm ready to run. I, Richard G will have a 4 mile (ish) route planned each week that I’ll put up on the site but if anyone wants to suggest another route beforehand (I can put on site) we can do that instead. We’ll keep the pace easy and stay as a group to chat but if a few people want to go faster that’s cool too and we can have two groups 🙂
Week 2 - Victoria Park
This week we’ll head over to one of Bristol’s largest parks to have a run around before heading back. Binoculars at the ready! On the way look out for a rare spotting of Victorias playing in the park. We may also run through the willow tunnel if we can find it.
Afterwards Darren has recommended somewhere for fish and chips if we have worked up an appetite.
