12:30 - 14:15Join Martel and the team of volunteers at Mencap to assist in our Valentine activities. Our members can take part with help to make a dough for cakes but would not be able to cook them and it will be messy so lots to clean up. Berry Smoothies can be prepared for the members to pop in a blender where you can help activate the blender and assist in pouring them into a glass. We will have some activities decorating hearts for each other sharing a message of love.
