18:15 - 20:15Hey all!! We are super excited to be launching here in Basingstoke and we have lined up to do sessions with some incredible local organisations!
For our launch session we are supporting the Basingstoke based Helping Dogs & Cats UK Rescue in their charity shop.
We will be doing a range of tasks such as donation sorting, assisting with their food bank, clearing the shop and any other bits they need.
Our group sessions are open to everyone - if you're new to GoodGym please sign up and come along - we are inclusive and friendly, and we'll be pleased to see you!!
📍 We'll be meeting at the Basingstoke Sports and Social Club (Fairfields Rd) from 6:15 to get to know each other and warming up before running 2km together - we're a friendly and inclusive group and we never leave anyone behind :)
👉 If you want to meet us at the task, please head to Helping Dogs and Cats (RG21 7AS) and we'll meet you there at 7pm!

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 2km and 6km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
