William Booth Memorial Complex
The William Booth Memorial Complex at the heart of Sneinton (Nottingham) is home to a thriving Community Centre and the William Booth Birthplace museum which attracts visitors from all around the world.

Nottingham Light Night 2025 will be taking place on Friday 28th February and Saturday 1st March.

The Salvation Army William Booth Complex are taking part and have asked GoodGym Nottingham to lend a hand! They will be hosting candlelight tours of the museum, musical performances and arts & crafts throughout the evening on Friday 28th February, 4-8pm.

They would love help throughout the evening, but if you can only make it for part of the event that would still be appreciated. 5pm to 7pm is likely to be the busiest period so that is when we've listed the task.

Please let us know what time you can make it by commenting below this task, on our WhatsApp group or by emailing goodgymnottingham@gmail.com.

On this task we may be helping to welcome visitors and direct them to the activities taking place, helping with the arts & crafts, tidying up and anything else they may need us to do on the night.

There may not be a member of the GoodGym Nottingham TaskForce at this session, but please make yourself known to the staff on arrival (Ian Young is our contact). If anyone would be willing to take some photos and write a report afterwards that would be appreciated.

How are you getting there?
