18:10 - 19:55We'll be meeting outside St Paul's Church (in St Paul's Square, JQ) at 6:10, then doing a litter pick of the surrounding area before joining the City of Birmingham Striders (COBS) for their Thursday social run.
The run will have options for between 5-8km and open to runners of all abilities.
Please bring some gloves for the litter pick if you can.

Options are available to run between 5km and 8km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
