GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Hi Thomas, you can run to the task but during parkrun (from 8:30 until 10:15), GoodGymers will be volunteering. If you are able to join us, we’d love to see you - please ensure you email worthing@parkrun.com with your parkrun barcode so you are added to the volunteer roster, as well as signing up here.
