This week is E-Waste Amnesty Week: Monday 13 - 19 January.

Have a look in your cupboards for any small electrical items you don't want anymore.

If they're re-usable, donate them to a local charity shop. If they're not, pop them in a carrier bag and put it on top of your green bin for the council to collect.
