Ruskin Park Labyrinth Garden

Ruskin Park's Labyrinth Garden is maintained by a team of volunteers, with support from community gardeners Urban Canopy.

For the last four years the team have been refurbishing the garden and this year the Friends of Ruskin Park have made a big investment in the garden by purchasing and installing metal edging around each of the sixteen flower beds, to protect them and help with future maintenance.

On January 25th we're meeting to complete installation of the edging, with four large beds left to complete. The tasks will involve using tools such as pick axes, spades and trowels to dig trenches into which the edging will be installed.

Once buried, we'll complete the job by adding 30 small ground-cover plants to each of the beds around the outside, meaning the garden will look better than ever this coming year.
