6 tonne bags of soil need to be moved from the top of Hindrey Road into the raised beds at the garden.
Barrows need to be filled, wheeled over to the garden, and repeat!
This is a manual task we can all get stuck into. Jack, the task leader, will be there to coordinate.
Let’s see how many bags we can shift!
MEETING POINT
Meet at 85 Hindrey Road, or if the gate is open, feel free to come round the back to the community gardens.
Access is via a footpath, which runs along the side of no 85 towards the back of the properties. There is a large metal gate, which should be open. Otherwise Jack from the community garden organisation will come to meet you there.

Thanks very much for signing up to the task tomorrow at Pembury Community Garden. Unfortunately, however, the task owner has been unable to get the key to the garden area where the soil is.
We are therefore rescheduling the task to next Sunday, 13th July. Hopefully you can join us then.
I'd be grateful if you could confirm you have received this message if you can.
My apologies for the inconvenience.
