OWLS HeadingleyJoin us for our spring social! New & old members are very welcome.
We'll meet at Heart at 6pm & run up to OWLS allotments to do half an hour of work before heading to Beckett Park for team games (TBC)!
Depending on the weather, we'll either have a picnic or head to the Wetherspoons pub for a social where people can get a drink & food if they want to.
Why not bring a friend so that they can join in the fun?

Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total
Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
