Discover WellingThe Christmas lights in Welling are organised by Discover Welling and paid for by crowd-funding, including sponsorship by local businesses and individuals.
Discover Welling put stickers on lamp posts displaying the names of the funders, to say thank you for their support. After the festive season the stickers need to be removed and that's where we come in.
We'll be running between lamp posts to peel off the stickers, and leave things looking neat and tidy.
A headtorch would be useful, if you have one.
📍Meeting point: Meet at 6.45pm at Costa Coffee in Blackfen. After a short warm-up we'll run to the cannon on Welling High Street (at the junction with Hook Lane). Julie from Discover Welling will meet us at the cannon at 7pm.
Prefer to meet us at the cannon? Please leave a comment below so we know to meet you there.
