Message from Magpie Project
We need event stewards who will be keeping our families safe at the annual summer party. Volunteers will be directing our families to the different stalls, making sure everyone is safe & having fun.
Role responsibilities:
Stewarding: helping visitors find their way around the event, picking up litter, directing people to different activities.
Setting up and packing away: Helping to set up at the beginning and pack down at the end, including putting up/down gazebos and tables, prepare sandwiches, set out tables and chairs, etc.
Stall helper: Help out at one of our stalls (lucky dip, craft table).
Queue supervisor: Help to manage the queue at the hot food area and the cakes and tea area.
Most importantly is making sure all of our families feel welcomed, safe and supported.
18th July 2025 between 9.00 - 17.00 Please contact Rosie Harries to advise of times and role you are able to help with.
