The Street Art Collectors - Easter Weekend edition
Explore your local area, stay healthy, feel the power of art
This week's #GGTrainingChallenge is to observe any outdoor art as part of your exercise routine. We often bearly notice some of these fantastic urban creations as we walk by gazing deep into the screens of our smartphones, so let's take a moment to appreciate these creations that add so much variety to our urban landscapes.
Ignore the time, that's just the finish time to allow people to see the event no matter when they do it over the weekend.
Any art will do be it graffiti-style street art or Public art that we see in the shape of sculptures and memorials dotted around our parks and other public spaces.
You can post any pictures on our Facebook page or send them to me directly davidstoker@goodgym.org. I'll put highlights on our Instagram If you don't carry a camera, no problem, sign up to the challenge and enjoy what you see.
As usual, this also needs to be done as part of some exercise. There is no stipulation about distance or method so it can be a gentle leg stretching walk or a hardcore run with just a brief stop to catch your breath.
