Hey David, my name is Paul, just joined goodgym today and I have signed up for the Wardown Park Run on Saturday 1st November.
I want to know a bit more about what I need to do, before coming to the Run, this is my first time doing something of this nature, I signed up but don't know what I need to do next. Do I just show up on the day and it, or do I need to bring my own drinking water and running gear? or is it all provided? Please help me understand what I signed up for. Hehehe
