Thinking of joining Good Gym but would like to improve your fitness first?
Join us for a non-intimidating, gently paced jog with the aim of woking our way to 5km over a few sessions. No one will get left behind so fear not - we have your back.
We'll start with a good warm up and set off slowly around the Waterfront , finishing off with a cool down.
The whole session shouldn't last longer than 45 minutes.
Meet: Like all Good Gym sessions, the Question mark outside the University of Suffolk's Waterfront Building opposite 'The Hold'- the home of Suffolk Archives. Everyone welcome!
Toilets are available in the Uni of Suffolk building but there isn't anywhere to store bags so please travel light.
