Sustainable Merton
As Merton's local environmental charity, we aim to inspire, mobilise and enable our community to take action on climate change and protect our environment for future generations. Sustainability and wellbeing go hand in hand, so our projects address both environmental and social goals, such as addressing the cost of living crisis and strengthening community connections. We believe that a happier, healthier, more connected community is one that will have the greatest impact.

Welcome to WWF x GoodGym’s Workout for Nature

From 7th April WWF and GoodGym are collaborating on hundreds of sessions to celebrate Earth Day. Each session will involve a Workout for Nature - a physical volunteering activity which will benefit local green spaces, and give your own wellbeing a boost. Simply sign up below and come along. No experience required!

We will be helping the Canon's House Community Garden volunteering team with various jobs that need to be done.

This is a great task to join as it's outdoors and one or two of the Goodgym Merton taskforce team should be on hand during the listed time as well.

Bring gardening gloves if you have them and we recommend wearing layers as it can get warm quickly when we get stuck into a physical task!

Please ask for Sarah on arrival and you would be welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer than the listed session time as the work will be going on between 10.30am and 1.30pm.
