A Cat Amongst the Seagulls!
3 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

Tonight was Canal Litter pick night!
Jonny and Morwenna ran to the task to meet our walker Miriam. We managed to easily fill two bags of rubbish, so we'll definitely be back in the near future to collect more! We even found a parking ticket early doors!
As we moved further along we found a bright white cat in the bushes at the side of the canal. After a while they decided to chase a seagull or two after we'd got their picture!
After dropping the bags off Morwenna and Jonny did a loop back to 1000 Trades, while Miriam who was saving her legs for a 5k race tomorrow night walked back.
