Lee fit out
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Haringey.
- Saturday, 5th of August 2017
Francis and Dave met up at Walthemstow Parkrun, to bust out a quick 5k. 3 seconds off a PB in Francis's case!
With that accomplished we set out across the Lee river valley. A really beautiful bit of wild land, with more that the occasional view of industrial nature of the surrounding areas. Very post-apocalyptic chic. Francis refuelled on a banana, and Dave foraged up a handful of blackberries. And Dave totally didn't lead us round the wrong way.
This was a return trip to Mrs R's where GoodGym had previously tackled the larger weeds, and put up a fallen fence panel. This time, powering on through a brief rain burst, we got rid off all the weeds sneaking up through gaps between the paving stones.
