A mild winters evening, just as the rain fall stops we hit the streets of Chiswick.
A nice warm up run to Chiswick Back Common where we were on the search for the fallen leaves to help Carillion PLC and Friends of Turnham Green. As we cleared the leaves there appeared to be a ever ending stream of them but we got them in the end!
In the middle of the session some shuttles, and leg burning lunges finished off with our hand made medicine balls to get them shoulders working. A run back to Turnham Green, avoiding the puddles we set ourselves our next task. Arriving at Turnham Green to get that litter picked up we realise how clean the park is, litter was a trophy for us runners!
Finishing off with a core and shoulder worked out we never knew it was summer! Shout out to Andy and Leanne for coming down again! Excellent work on the tasks! Remember parkrun on Saturdays at Gunnersbury Park
See you next week!!
