Another GoodGym solo effort today at St.George the Martyr church. I joined up with regular volunteers, Alice, Hannah, Jenny and Clive to receive the latest delivery of items to be stocked and shelved ready for Thursday's supermarket.
Once again a wide range of items was received, plenty of melons, pointed red peppers, lemons along with candy kitten sweets, baked beans, Alpro coconut flavoured milk, degradable dog waste bags and from Burger King, dill flavour pickle slices.
Another successful task completed by everyone in sorting, shelving and stocking the items received.

Thank you Michael again for another great session at Borough Food Cooperative! It's good to hear you are in the company of other volunteers, even if they are not GoodGymers :D
Thanks for the kind comments Sam. I have been enjoying volunteering at St. George's on Wednesday. Unfortunately this will be my last Wednesday session at the church for a while.
I have found a part-time job which requires me to work on Wednesday afternoons. The job will be until March 2023.👍
That's amazing to hear Michael! Congrats on your new role - I wish you all the best and although, Borough Food Cooperative will be losing you on a Wednesday and I am sure they will be chuffed for you too!
