Yellow warning so we brought Red Thunder!
12 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Hackney.
- Tuesday, 12th of March 2019
- Led by Joel Wiles
12 GoodGymers ran a Storming 5k and epic fitness session in Hackney plus a huge celebration for Emily’s 50th GoodDeed!!
With a Yellow weather warning in place of the country meant for health and Safety precautions we were unable to visit Abney Park!
With no task we went Riverside and dominated a spectacular conditioning, running drill and speedy running interval session!!
Balance to the for, strength to the max, agility and coordination bouncing and whole lot of speed!!
Quality effort and execution from everyone!!
After a calm run back to base we went out for Celebratory meal and cake for the Big Half running exploits and Emily’s magical GoodDeed milestone!
Helping a local man in destress after a few too many got our GoodDeed in to.
See you next week for a visit to Hollybush!!
