I volunteered again at my local School Street before my trip to Ibiza! It was quiet and raining . It’s the middle of the week so the children are doing well.

I volunteered again this week (as I’m on annual leave ) at my local School Street . It was busy and quite surprising my fellow volunteer had to explain to a lady about his a one way system works!

I volunteered at my local school street . It was good except for the heavy rain that not everyone was prepared for including me!
Saturday 6th September

I volunteered at Alexandra Park run it was their 200th event. It was very busy. I spoke to a young woman involved in a local GP surgery Patient Participation Group and the organisers. I explained that as a Park Walker I’m more than happy to support those that want to walk at this park run
Friday 5th September

I volunteered at my local School Street at the pm session. It was the end of the first week back and it was a lovely day . I supported children and their families to enjoy them selves in safety . I reminded drivers of the 5mph speed limit with my paddle .
Saturday 16th August

I volunteered at Alexandra Park run it was well attended. I supported the runners and a lady walking who was heavily pregnant but didn’t feel like running! We chatted about the upcoming birth of her first child . She thanked me for the chat being a Mother of 3!
