We joined the Lift the Curfew session ran by the Basingstoke Aquadrome.

There were 5 of us there with 3 people choosing to walk while and Samantha & I jogged ahead and then walked back consistently.

It was amazing meeting Samantha who came to her first session and really enjoyed our chats.

I went to the #LetsLiftTheCurfew session at the Basingstoke Aquadrome to provide a safe jogging option for the night. There was no one there who wanted to jog, so I left them to go for their safe walk and went home. Going forward I would join them for the walk, but I had been feeling sick

Great to see this incredible initiative giving women a safe place to exercise in Basingstoke! Thank you to Ruth for joining and helping lead the running group around. there was 4 of us running and a group of 6 walking.
