On the 5th May, two GoodGym runners, Cosmina and Jim, joined Norm ( the lead organiser of Friends of Happy Valley) to help to clear unwanted foliage and clear the pathways of the local nature reserve.
They dug, They shovelled, They cleared.
Their biceps were bulging and the pathways were once again clear!
A very Happy Wednesday, in a very Happy Valley!
