This week we were back with more HIIT circuits.

Liz led the group starting with the all important warm up, followed by 40 seconds of:

  • bear crawls
  • legs raised clapping crunches
  • jump squat touch ground alternate sides
  • alternate elbow to knee stomach crunches
  • kicking punches

We repeated this three times and ended with a cool down stretch.
