Sam and Tracey met up after work at the TRAID in Brixton to help out everyone in the store - take away the old clothes, bring up bags of the clothes for the new season, clean the rails and finally, since we had a few minutes help lay out the store for the next fashion season.

Definitely got in the fitness with loads of steps going up and down from the storage room in the basement.
