It was Paddys Day ( a big day in Liverpool) however Goodgym Liverpool were busy celebrating another important occasion. For the crew that met at Mulgrave Community garden it was Dan's day - our very own Goodgymer Dan shared his birthday evening with us - he bought chocolates and oranges to share and we all shared our dolcet tones singing happy birthday to him ( we have yet to hear back regarding a record deal but what we may have lacked in technique we more than made up for in our enthusiasm) .

Tonight we were back at Mulgrave Community Garden to continue the sprucing up for Spring - we cleared the garden , street planters and the nearby area of the litter.

It always feels satisfying at the end of the task to know that our time has made a difference and today was no exception - we left feeling satisfied and nourished by our goodgym task, the warm feeling of being together and the taste of sweetness from our sweet treats.
