I was about to go out and do some intervals when I saw the message about Ms O needing a prescription picking up for her- she’s a lovely woman, but gets quite anxious about running out of her medication. The pharmacy seemed surprised that she needed anything but had experienced problems with their phone so she hadn’t been able to speak to them. A quick call to Ms O then passing my phone to the pharmacist sorted the problem out, and I delivered the prescription a few minutes later to the relieved Ms O. As for the intervals, they were done en route.
