It was a sunny but windy day at Manor Woods Valley helping out with their spring cleaning litter picking event. Sadly both Martin from Manor Woods Valley and Paul from Goodgym who normally lead this task got Covid so I (Danica) had to step in. We were joined by the Manor Woods Valley group volunteers and UWE students doing their wildlife conservation course. We got our litter pickers and gloves then split up to start collecting trash. We filled our bags and carried them to the collection point. Now this amazing nature space is cleaner for people and wildlife to enjoy.
