I arrived to help Mr G with his garden today, but as it turns out he had a burst of energy the other day and did a lot of the work himself.

I asked if there was anything else I could help with and we got to chatting. He asked for help to read a few letters he had been unable to read himself due to his poor eyesight.

In the end my impact on the garden was limited, but I was able to give Mr G some peace of mind.

And I didn't complain about not gardening in 33⁰c weather either :)
