Report written by Huw Davies
A bitterly cold evening as we visited Route 63 of the National Cycle Network up through Rally Park to Stokeswood Park to pick litter. We were delighted to hear Lindsay's new that she'd been out for a gentle run, tremendous news after almost two years of injury!
The runners ran the litter picking route and looped back to intercept the walkers who'd already made a start on the mess outside the new school by the river. The two ends of our task tonight, outside the school and the path the other side of Fosse Road North were the litter hotspots with the middle section, Rally Park, being unusually tidy - perhaps some other litter warriors had beaten us to the punch.
Super work as always gang, well done!
Happy running, HD
